Cooking Time

1 cup chickpea flour

1 cup semolina

1 cup crushed almond (not powdery)

1 cup coconut desiccated

1 cup milk powder

1 cup sugar



  1. First take ghee in the pan and add chickpea flour.
  2. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Add semolina and roast it for another 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed almond, coconut desiccated and milk powder and mix well for 1 minute.
  5.  Make 1 string sugar water (Chashni) and mix well.
  6. Take the mixture off the gas and equally spread in a tray.
  7. Then garnish with almond, pistachio and cardamom powder
  8. Cut it in equal pieces.
